To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful... This is power, it is glory on earth and it is yours for the taking.

Ballroom & Latin
Ballroom & Latin

Smooth Ballroom dancing is a partner dance that travels the floor with elegance and grace (very romantic!) It includes:
- Foxtrot
- Waltz
- Tango
- Viennese Waltz.
Latin & Rhythm are partner dances that
tend to be fast-paced, upbeat, and sexy. They don't travel the floor as
much as the smooth ballroom dances.
They include:
- Salsa
- Rumba
- ChaCha
- Swing
- Samba
- Merengue
- West Coast Swing.
